The GPHCC Annual Meeting is one of the largest gatherings of executives, elected officials, business owners, and civic leaders in the Latino community. The annual event offers attendees the opportunity to gain deeper insight on the Chamber's past year's performance, learn of current conditions with the Latino business market, and be present as the Chamber unveils its plan for the forthcoming year.

Event Policies
Registration/Cancellation Policy:
Pre-registration is highly recommended, availability is not guaranteed for walk-ins. Payment is required upon registration/entrance. Purchases: Memberships are not eligible for refunds, but transfers may be considered upon written request. While refunds are not available or event registrations/sponsorships, registrations may be transferred to other individuals with written notification provided one or more weeks in advance of the event. GPHCC reserves the right to cancel an event due to inclement weather, low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. In the event that GPHCC must cancel an event, it will offer registrants a full refund. GPHCC will not assume responsibility of additional costs or expenses.
Event Conduct Policy:
Chamber programs are privately sponsored events with a structured format. No demonstrations or other disruptions will be tolerated. Violation of this policy may result in the attendee's removal from the premises without refund, in addition to possible legal remedies.
Event Photography Policy:
Please note that GPHCC events may be videotaped and/or photographed. GPHCC reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at its events without the expressed written permission of those included in the video/photograph. GPHCC may use the video in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted, including but not limited to: promotional materials, television, websites, social media, etc.
